To move the dictators' regimes out of course, of course.

But the top dogs did not know
When the United Nations failed and had to go,
The United States would take the blow.
In order to suggest a new direction :
An idea came about with a new section.
The new concept has two spots -
Two identical, equally opposing dots.
Both face as opposing armies,
And both are unsure of each one's forces
So, where are the diplomats
Who could intercede with these facts :
War never determined who was right -
But who was left;
And after all these years
It makes the historians bereft.
