Discovered a brand new way of losing weight:

Have a well cooked breakfast : be it the Scottish Breakfast or the
Home Made Steak Pie. Eggs are good stabilizers.
Have a snack at lunch time; have a brew of tea at tea-time or an Oxo at
bed time. You should also swim or take up a sport to relax.
After you cover this plan for nine weeks or more the stones will fall off!

In essence, the calories the food contains are burned off as you go about your daily
business (walking mostly) until night time when you are ready for bed and then it starts all
over again the next day.

Try not to intake as many mixtures of different foods; and take smaller portions.
