There are three parts to the abdominal section:
: the lower abdominal section
: the upper abdominal section
: the oblique muscles - either side of the stomach
Hold the oblique muscles in like a corset.
Keep the stomach tight and flat with knees up to do crunches
or sit ups. Keep the feet held down
The body hasn't been taught to do abdominal exercises properly and
some body builders have round stomachs because they haven't
been taught how to do the abdominal exercises.
Keep the stomach as flat as you possibly can. If you relax with the muscles
not taught then you'll end up with a round stomach - a barrel stomach.
It's all about keeping the abdominal stomach taught when walking; standing etc
and it will automatically do this itself over time.
In essence, learn how to contract the muscles and still be able to be breathe properly.
Eat properly - it's not about dieting - just eat properly = a meal in the morning; snacks
thereafter = going about your business after breakfast drops off the pounds until the next day.
N.B. Muscles cannot turn into fat.
