To lose weight - just stick to the soups Charlie! Charlie don't surf!
He also said, 'If you're in - you're in! Don't pop pills! Just keep the
following in mind - School is Cool!

Broccoli = reduces the risk of cancer; boosts the immune system and gives Vitamin C;
>>> improves skin health and reduces the risk of Diabetes
Weetabix = good for Vitamin B
Milk = good for sleep
Hey Honey, honey = good for everything = buy lemon & honey Lockets
Garlic = good for the heart
Carrots = good for the eyes
Bananas = They are packed with potassium that keeps
fluids flowing throughout the body - requiring to keep
your heart beating
Guinness = good for bowel movement
Meat = good for carnivores = tigers, lions, dogs and humans
Red peppers = a ripet red fruit of a sweet pepper from Spain
Fish = good for the brains
Celery = a vegetable full of phyto-nutrients, vitamins and minerals
(great for a Vegetable Stir Fry)
Kenco decaffinated coffee is the best
Water = drink as much water as you can - copiously = a great head o' hair
- also - you must stay hydrated; water is the only purifier ..
Black Pudding = is good for you - it's full of iron
Eggs = stabilizers
Soups = 'Can I just have the soup?'!!!!!!!!!!
