Cooked Salmon & Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:
Fillets of Salmon; tin foil; garlic; ginger; broccoli

Method:
Prepare fillets of Salmon by cleaning in water. Wrap the fillets in tin foil
and prepare for oven. Set oven to 200 deg C and cook for half an hour.

As the salmon cooks, cut some cloves of broccoli and pan them; and cook for twenty
minutes. Do the same for carrots; carrots are good for the eyes.

Trim the broccoli and cut the heads off; slice the stalks diagonally into quarter
inch slices; peel and chop the garlic; finely chop the ginger.

Fry the garlic and ginger in the oil in a saucepan. Add the broccoli heads and stir
fry for another another two minutes over a medium to high heat until the vegetables are cooked.

Remove the heat and pour the Oyster Sauce over the ingredients turning to coat.
