Parsnip Gratan

Ingredients:
Four or five parsnips, cloves of garlic, single cream

Method:
Boil the parsnips in a suitable pot till soft; add the cloves of garlic to the
pot and boil until soft; add the single cream and mash; tansfer to
a suitable low ceramic dish and cook in oven for about twenty minutes; transfer to
the grill and bake for a few more minutes until brown

This recipe is delicious with salmon fillets.
