Ingredients:
One big Broccoli; 2 cloves garlic; fresh ginger; sunflower oil; pack of
Oyster Sauce
Method:
Trim the broccoli & cut the heads off; slice the stalks diagonally into
quarter inch slices. Peel & chop the garlic; finely chop the ginger. Fry
the garlic & ginger in the oil in a saucepan. Add the broccoli stems and stir
fry for two minutes. Add a little water and the broccoli heads and stir fry
for another two minutes over a medium to high heat until the vegetables are
cooked. Remove the heat and pour the Oyster Sauce over the ingredients turning
to coat.
This recipe is delicious with salmon fillets.
