Stick to one recipe - say - Fish Casserole - for two weeks =
not as many mixtures in stomach = less obesity.

Also, have hard boiled eggs (shell removed) at any time.

Drink copious amounts of cold water from the fridge - the coldness of
the fridged water kills the bacteria.

Recommended: fresh salmon with broccoli and carrots for five weeks.
