Mince & Tatties

Ingredients:
Pound of lean mince; one big onion; carrots; boiled water; salt & pepper to taste;
an Oxo cube; potatoes

Method:
Cut & add the big onion into the pot; cook in some oil for about nine minutes.
Add the carrots and cook 'till tender; brown the mince and after nine minutes
add to carrots + onion; add boiled water & cook for about an hour.
Cook the tatties in another pot

Add green vegetables as desired.
