Mixing lipids with bad carbohydrates cause obesity.
Bad carbohydrates are chips.
Lipids are things such as chicken, meat, fish or poultry.
The bad carbohydrates are potatoes turned into chips - too much of them and the
mixture is not good for one's health.
By all means have a fish supper once in a while - but in essence - don't over do it.

Don't become a vegetarian at too young an age - in essence - your genes (discovered by
Gregor Mendel 1822 to 1884) are asking to be 'fed' as a carnivore because your previous gene-
ration (parents) ate carnivore meats.
