Ingredients:
Ham hock, red lentils, onions, leeks, turnip, carrots
Method:
Boil ham hock for 1 to 2 hours
Add lentils cook for 1/2 an hour
Remove ham hock and take off the meat from the bone
Add meat to pot
Chop onions and leeks and cook for 1/2 an hour
Grate carrots and turnip and cook for 1/2 an hour.
Enjoy! 1 hour
