Fish Casserole

Ingredients:
One medium onion; a modicum of mushrooms; haddock;
Philadelphia cheese; cheddar cheese

Method:
Grease the casserole dish both base & dish.
Open the onion and cut into small squares; half &
quarter the mushrooms; half the haddock. Lie half the
onion & mushrooms on the base of the casserole.

Lay half the haddock on top. Lie the remaining onion &
mushrooms on top of the haddock. Lay the other half of the
haddock on top. Add an amount of cold water to purify and soak the ingredients
when in oven.

Set oven to 200 degrees C and cook for fifty-five minutes; open
up the casserole and drain the water into a cup for a drink of fish soup.
It is superb!
Add some Philadelphia cheese and cheddar cheese to
taste on top of the haddock. Cook for five more minutes.
