Eggs Benedict

Ingredients:
Brioche Burger Buns; honey roast ham; two poached eggs;
a Hollandaise sauce; milk; rocket; lemon juice

Method:
Poach the two eggs using an electric cooker: 5 minutes on mark five; 4 minutes on mark
four; 6 minutes on mark two; prepare the brioche burger bun into two halves sitting the
honey roast ham on top; two poached eggs on top; fix up the Hollandaise sauce with milk
and lemon juice: and mix the rocket over the sauce.

Just like the pie vent is the key to steak pie - the key to eggs benedict is the lemon juice
