The Earth's Axis

The Earth's axis turns anti-clockwise with respect to the Sun; but on the Sun's axis = clockwise;
Does this mean that the Sun has a cold side and a hot side as it turns from winter to summer
respectively? = the Earth is nearer to the Sun in summer; further away to the Sun in winter..
