Ingredients:
Two chicken fillets; one onion; modicum of mushrooms; Colman's Chicken
Chasseur sauce
Method:
Grease the casserole dish both base & top. Open the onion and cut into small
squares; half & quarter the mushrooms on the base of the casserole. Lay first
fillet of chicken on top. Lie the remaining onion & mushrooms on top. Lay the
second fillet of chicken on top. Mix the Colman's Chicken Chasseur sauce with
water and pour over all contents of casserole. Add boiled water to soak the ing-
redients. Set oven to 200 deg C and cook for an hour & a half.
Add green vegetables as desired. Mix with broccoli and it's a magnificent taste!
