Broccoli with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients:
One big Broccoli; milk; a little flour; cheddar cheese; a little salt

Method:
Throw the cut broccoli heads into a pot and cook for about twenty minutes;
Use a small suacepan for the sauce : a little flour; milk to bind the flour and
add cheddar cheese to taste

This recipe is delicious with salmon fillets.
